      <title>Porumb copt cu unt</title>
      <description><![CDATA[Porumbul fiert sau copt este delicios doar cu putina sare, asa cum imi amintesc ca mancam in fiecare vara, in copilarie. Dar daca punem peste el si niste unt amestecat cu usturoi si putin patrunjel, deja il vom transforma intr-un fel de mancare perfect pentru un barbeque cu prietenii. Doar ca va trebui sa fii pregatit cu suficienti stiuleti pentru ca iti vor cere si a doua portie.

Preparare: 40 de minute, 4 portii

100g de unt, moale
1 catel de usturoi, zdrobit
1 lingura de patrunjel, tocat
4 stiuleti de porumb

1 Se incinge cuptorul la 200&amp;ordm; C/gaz 6. Se amesteca untul, usturoiul si patrunjelul pana se fac ca un piure si se asezoneaza.

      <title>Dieta low-fat: ziua II</title>
      <description><![CDATA[Am inceput ziua gustos:
La micul-dejun: piure de mere si ovaz, aromat cu scortisoara + iaurt (degresat) + miere (nu, nu am mancat tot borcanul din imagine) + cateva bucatele de miez de nuca (da, nu sunt 'low-fat', dar sunt doar 'cateva'; in plus, au grasimi sanatoase).

Ieri m-am intors de la teatru dupa miezul noptii (zilele astea, la Bucuresti, are loc Festivalul National de Teatru), asa ca nu am pregatit nimic pentru pranzul de azi. Voi manca branza fagaras, paine (de secara) si cruditati (un ardei gras si doi castraveti).
